1. Program Overview
Program Name: One Source Communications INC SMS Program
Purpose: This program allows you to receive SMS/text messages and electronic communications from One Source
Communications INC. Consent is obtained separately for two types of messages:
Transactional/Informational Messages: Including appointment reminders, solar project updates, maintenance notifications, customer support messages, and transactional updates.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions, service needs, and the type of consent provided. Consent for marketing/promotional messages is separate from transactional messages and is not required for any purchase, service, or appointment.
2. SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or carrier outages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SMS services after changes constitutes acceptance.
